Last night, Stephen and I were reading our scriptures when we had an outburst of never ending laughter. What in the world would make us laugh at scripture, you ask?? Specifically 2 Nephi: 8 in the Book of Mormon. We take turns reading about 5 verses, and when it was my turn to read, I came across verse 8. As I read, "Since thou art laid down no feller is come up against us" I sort of sputtered, and then Stephen and I erupted into laughter.
I guess the thought of the word 'feller' in the scripture just hit me as funny. So for the rest of the 24 verses of the chapter, we could barely get through a sentence before one of us would smirk or sputter, which sent the other into hysterics again.
What a good time me and my handsome feller had reading scriptures last night...
