My sister had her little girl (aka, Grace's built-in best friend) on St Patrick's day. She was a 'featherweight' as far as her babies go, seeing that she was only 8lbs 1oz. She is ridiculously adorable, and has more hair that I have EVER seen on a newborn! She has a full head of black hair, and three adoring older siblings to take care of her.
They named her Nomi Mara. She was named after a very special woman in our family...my grandmother. My grandmother is actually who I was named after (Naomi) and we always called her Nomi. So, here is another namesake for that wonderful woman...Nomi.
Although she won't ever meet her great grandmother Nomi in this life, I know that she will be just as sweet, caring, servicable, beautiful and amazing as her namesake!
Welcome to the family, Nomi. We love you!

She is beautiful!!! And she shares your name, too - how exciting! I doubt anybody would ever name their kid after me...and I don't blame them!
