Happy 365 days, Boo!

This past year has been....well....awesome. I really hope that whoever said 'the first year is always the hardest' is right. If THAT was the hard part, then the rest of eternity should be a BREEZE! I'll speak for both of us when I say that marriage is great, and we love each other more than we did when we were sealed. Judging by our wonderful parents and siblings' relationships, I know that love will grow more and more each year, and i'm excited for that journey.

This year, in our cards, we decided to make ''Top Ten" lists of some of the best moments of this year.
So here are a few recaps....

Mud Run '09. (maybe more fun for me to WATCH, than for Stephen to RUN)

ANY day Stephen gets me flowers! (and even better that he pays attention and knows what KIND of flower to get me!)

SC State fair! (I think Stephen's favorite part was the greasy food...teriyaki chicken on a stick)

Witnessing our best friends being sealed in the temple!

Our many 'home-improvements' we did to our apartment to make it feel more like home. (Here we are admiring our work after hanging our floating shelves!)

House hunting can be very stressful...but its neighbor's like THESE that make it a little more exciting! Wouldn't you hate to be the one selling the house next those THESE people?

I had many accidents and sicknesses this year. My favorite moments were not the sickeness and accidents, but the way Stephen took care of me and nursed me back to health!
As my mom said, "Stephen, she has no warranties, or return policies....you have to keep her now!"

Dressing up as 'Charles Norris', and his little cowgirl for Halloween. Also a favorite moment was getting the once camera-shy Stephen to actually pose and be silly for pictures!

Our many dates...or Date DAYS that we had! (some of our favorites were building a fort in our living room, going to the Zoo, and going to the voicemale concert w/ some friends)

I can't remember what holiday this even was, but it was a hit, nonetheless.
Slip-N-Slide+nieces and nephews=FUN!

Duh....we got hitched! Obviously, a highlight! (and yes, I still make faces like that to Stephen...)

Three of our favorite girls got baptized! What memorable days! Thanks for letting us be a part of it!

More good moments....THREE more to add to the nieces/ nephews pool. 2 girls and a boy! We we able to be there for all 3 blessings, and we are happy to be their aunt and uncle! Also, I was hired to do a wedding up in the mountains, so they put us up in a bed and breakfast and it was amazing! (also, a plus for me... I had free help!)

Also an obvious one...our trip to SAN FRANCISCO! We got to go to Alcatraz (the headphones) the golden gate bridge (windy, but awesome!) and the MOMA (I personally loved it!)
I just wanted to make a shout-out (in true Brad Williams' style) to my Boo, who has put up with me and my crazy antics for an entire year! Its been a crazy busy weekend, but I just want to express what i'm most thankful this Thanksgiving season. I am soo thankful for the blessings of the temple and for the eternal marriage that Stephen and I share. We learn and grow everyday, and I am forever grateful for those covenants we made with each other and our Father in Heaven. I am thankful for my Heavenly Father blessing me with such a righteous man, who loves me and serves me abundantly. I have found more joy than I thought possible in this past year and I am so excited for Eternity.I am truly blessed.I love you, Boo. (yes, to infinity and beyond!)
What a great year...looking forward to the next!

Congratulations on making it a year! You seem to be so happy, and I'm glad that you're building such a strong foundation for your marriage. I think that it's so important to have a friendship within your marriage, and you two seem to have that no problem. I'm so so happy for ya. Love ya!
