Myrtle Beach 8-09

We seriously live under a lucky star sometimes! My sister Mary bid at a silent auction on a beach condo for a week....and won it! (ok, maybe she has the lucky star!) And, she was gracious enough to let Stephen and I come mooch off her for a couple of days! Stephen and I both were long overdue for some time off of work to just relax, and that is just what we did! It was soo much fun getting to spend some quality time with my sister and mom and husband (and nieces) without the WHOLE family there! (I know you guys understand...things get hectic and LOUD when EVERYONE is there!)

The condo was ON the beach, and it was beautiful! The weather was perfect, and the company was even better!

Rachel would crack us up with her constant babble....

"hey gram...hey...gram....hey gram did.....gram, did you.....did you know, gram......hey gram, did you know that we.....hey gram did you know that we were at the beach??"

Seriously, I swear that girl had to rev-up before she could get a complete sentence out! It was like, she wanted to say something..but she didn't know what to say, so she just took a few tries to figure it out!

And that sweet Livvy....it was sooo fun to just get to know her better! Now that Mary figured out what she was eating that made Livvy so cranky, she is just full of smiles and cackles!

On the way to the beach, Livvy started getting fussy, so Stephen started making faces at her, and playing peek-a-boo. I don't think i've EVER heard a baby laugh as much as she did! It was adorable!

It was such a great get-away, and we had such a wonderful time!
